1) HOW TO ENTER: Sweepstakes begins on July 1, 2008 at 12:01:01 a.m. ET and ends on December 31, 2008 at 11:59:59 p.m. ET (the “Promotion Period"). During the Promotion Period, log onto www.suzukiman.com and complete and submit an Official Online Entry Form. All online entries must be received by Decembr 31, 2008 at 11:59:59 p.m. ET or they will be void. Limit one (1) entry per person, per household. Any attempt by any person to enter in excess of the disclosed entry limit will void all their entries and any prize consideration in connection with this Sweepstakes. Information collected from entrants is governed by and subject to the Sponsor's Privacy Policy, available at www.suzukiman.com. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned. Incomplete or corrupted entries are void. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for lost, late, stolen, mutilated, destroyed, delayed, falsified, incomprehensible, misdirected, undelivered, garbled, damaged, incomplete or illegible entries; or for any electronic, computer, or telephonic malfunction or error, incorrect or inaccurate entry information; computer bugs or viruses; failures in servers or other connections; lost or interrupted or unavailable network, miscommunications, failed phone or hardware or software transmission failure or loss; delayed or corrupted data transmissions; garbled or jumbled transmissions or for any other error of any kind, whether computer, technical, printing, typographical, human or other, relating to or in connection with the Sweepstakes, including, without limitation, errors which may occur in connection with the administration of the Sweepstakes, the announcement of the prize, the processing of entries or in any Sweepstakes related materials.

2) WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION: The potential winner will be selected in a random drawing on or about the 5th of every month beginning August 04, 2008 from among all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period under the supervision of Administrator as (defined below) an independent judging organization, whose decisions are final on matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Within five (5) days of the drawing, the potential winner will be notified by e-mail, overnight delivery service, and/or U.S. mail and will be mailed an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release and, where legal, a Publicity Release which must be executed and returned within fourteen (14) days following the date of issuance. Non-compliance with this time period, with these Official Rules or return of any e-mail, mail or prize notification as undeliverable, at Sponsor's discretion, may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. If the potential winner is not of age of majority in his/her state of residence, the potential winner will be disqualifed and the prize will be awarded to an alternate winner. All prizes will be awarded if properly claimed.

3) PRIZES: Every month one Grand Prize winner will receive a $50 Gas Card. Winner may be required to show proof-of-id prior to taking delivery of prize and may be required to take delivery of prize at Suzuki of Escondido. Total ARV for all prizes: $50.00. Prizes are non-transferable; no substitutions or cash equivalents allowed, except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute any prize of comparable or greater value. All details of prize shall be determined solely by Sponsor. Limit one (1) entry and prize per family/household.

4) ELIGIBILITY: Sweepstakes open to legal residents of California who are 18 or older, have a valid drivers license and are residing in California at the time of entry. Void outside California and where prohibited by law. Employees of Clear Channel Communications, Uniradio or Suzuki Motors and its parent company, divisions, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies and anyone working directly on Suzuki promotion programs, and the immediate family members (parent, spouse, child, sibling and their respective spouses) and persons living in the households of such persons, whether or not related, are not eligible to enter or win any prize. Must be 18 with valid drivers license.

5) GENERAL CONDITIONS: Sweepstakes entrants agree to be bound by the terms of these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and judges which are final and binding on all matters. The laws of the United States govern this Sweepstakes. All applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. All federal, state and local taxes, and other charges, if any, are the sole responsibility of the winner. An IRS Form 1099-MISC will be issued for any prize that is valued at $600 or more. Acceptance of any prize constitutes permission for Sponsor and its designees to use winner's name and likeness for advertising and promotional purposes in any and all media now or hereafter known worldwide in perpetuity without additional compensation, notification or permission, unless prohibited by law. By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and their respective parent companies, divisions, affiliates, subsidiaries, retailers, advertising and promotion agencies, and each of their respective directors, officers, employees, shareholders and agents (collectively "Releases") from any and all liability or any injuries, loss, death or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with this Sweepstakes or acceptance or use of any prize. Sponsor is not responsible for electronic transmission errors resulting in omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials, or for technical, network, telephone equipment, electronic, computer, hardware or software malfunctions or limitations of any kind, or inaccurate transmissions of or failure to receive visit information by Sponsor on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any Web site or any combination thereof. If for any reason this Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, the Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and/or to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes or any element thereof. Should the Sweepstakes be terminated prior to the stated expiration date, notice will be posted on the www.suzukiman.com website and Sponsor may conduct a random drawing to award the prize using all eligible, non-suspect entries received as of the date of action requiring such termination. The use of any automated launching or entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that permits the participant to automatically enter repeatedly is prohibited. Any entries found or suspected to be submitted in this manner will be deemed 'void' by the judges.
